Here are the Dancing Elephants! At the Shanghai Zoo there is a great elephant show. Goint to the zoo in China is very different then at home. Lindsey got to ride the elephant before the show and during the show we were allowed to feed the elephants the food that they sell. Lots of people fed them whatever snacks were in their pockets. These elephants walk on the balence beam and dance around.

The monkeys were fun because everyone hand feeds them thru the bars. The monkeys expect these snacks! The animals don't have 30 foot fences separating them from their fans which makes it much more fun. In fact, some animals we could jump into the enclosures if we wanted to be mauled. In the US this would never work! Remember the Tiger in San Francisco?
